Booking 2011 bands!

I will be there Black Wednesday for Scarecrow's Grin - I saw them in Joliet earlier this year and those guys ROCK. All kinds of good classic rock - their singer does AC/DC to a T. Keep them coming back!
You need to hire "Big Dog" Mercer.
They are one of the best bands around the Will county Area.
They're signed to Electro Glide Records & released their latest cd "Attack of the Southpaw" in October 2010.
They just got back from Nashville (BB King's & Tootsies).
I'd love to see this band play in your wonderful venue !
They play Rock, Blues, Country, Jazz, & a bunch of original songs that cover the same spectrum.
Every time we've seen them, they're great !!

Ditto to "Big Dog Mercer". Amazing musicians, original sound, just simply a good time all around. They are an actual signed band too, not just cover crap.

I nominate "The Gate" for the 2011 line-up.
This savvy, sexy, southside quintet serves up the whole enchilada over the course of the evening: rock, requests, country and Irish. And they're very funny!

Best show I've seen in a while - very entertaining - Big Dog Mercer and the band are excellent - and very friendly to the audience. Signing autographs and taking time to talk - no one does that any more... Big Dog is a class act!
Big Mercer Band is the BEST, they have played at the Cantigny Bunker Bar in Joliet where I work. They brang in a big crowd & the music was amazing.

I don't need "tricks" to get people to vote for me.
There's a reason we have a mailing list over 3,000 strong, & 4,500 fans on Facebook, etc.
There's a reason we get hired at BB King's in Nashville.
There's a reason we got signed by Electro Glide Records this year.
I did ,however, ask them to post on this page to vote for me. No crime in that.
Come on out to a show or listen in on the next radio program we do & see for yourself !
Especially before you pass judgment or make false accusations.

Whatever you say 'Big Dog" - next time you stuff the ballot box for yourself, at least try to make the responses sound unique. If your band is so big and famous, you probably wouldn't need a fake email campaign to get booked into a small club in the Chicago suburbs.

You REALLY need to hire JOHNNY RUSSLER & THE BEACH BUM BAND! They are the ultimate tropical party band (JImmy Buffett, Bob Marley, Sublime, etc.). Perfect band for a summer bash or a winter beach party! (www.beachbumband.com)
I'VE SEEN THE "BIG DOG MERCER BAND". THEY AREN'T THAT GREAT. NOT BAD, BUT YOU COULD DO WAY BETTER! STICK WITH BANDS LIKE 5 GUYS NAMED MOE, SIX WHEELS SOUTH OR INFINITY IF YOU WANT BIG DRAWS AND A QUALITY SHOW. DON'T SETTLE FOR MEDIOCRE GARAGE CRAP.
JUST CURIOUS...WHO THE HELL IS "ELECTROGLIDE RECORDS" ANYWAY? BEING A "SIGNED ACT" DOESN'T MAKE YOU ANY GOOD.
